Capitol Auto Body Inc., hereby provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated, and is for the person to whom this Warranty is granted and whose name appears on the original work order. This is a labor only, fragmented two-part Limited Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter.
Capitol Auto Body Inc., provides a lifetime Limited Warranty to the present owner stated herein, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless damage resulted from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
The Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Capitol Auto Body Inc., or if the owner named herein requires any repair work to be performed by a shop other than Capitol Auto Body Inc., Capitol Auto Body Inc., will warrant only repair work performed by Capitol Auto Body Inc.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the face.
